• A paragraph on assistive and adaptive technologies and how they are used to support learners. Have you or anyone you have known used such technologies? What challenges do you perceive using adaptive technologies in your classroom?

My experience with twitter so far has been positive. I have enjoyed using it for class and for my personal life. I use it for fun or entertainment purposes. I also use it to keep up with current events for things such as politics and other forms of news updates. I have not been using twitter very often in the class setting, however, I will begin soon. I am not currently experiencing any issues because Twitter is very user friendly.

I enjoyed the web site design assignment. I think learning to do this is necessary and applicable to many future careers, especially teaching. I am not sure what my career path will be, but I know it will be something in the communications field, so this project is very related. I do not think there is very much to be improved.

Assistive and adaptive technologies support many learners. There are many ways that these technologies have transformed the way so many people have been able to learn. Assistive technologies are capable of helping people with some type of disability to learn and retain information like that of a naturally capable person.
